Tank Leasing
Lease Dedicated Tank Capacity Across Our Terminal Network
Tank leasing secures your commercial position — the contracted volume, duration, and terms that guarantee capacity is there when you need it. From 30-day spot leases to multi-year dedicated agreements at Rotterdam and Fujairah.
What Tank Leasing Means
A Contract, Not Just a Tank
Tank leasing is the commercial and legal process of securing dedicated tank space ahead of need — distinct from the day-to-day operation of storing product once capacity is in place. A lease sets out the volume you're entitled to, how long you have it for, what throughput is included, and what happens if your requirements change. It is the agreement that stands behind every barrel, tonne, or cubic metre we store on your behalf.
At Unlimited Logistics B.V., tank leasing is available in two forms. Spot leasing gives you short-term access to capacity, typically from 30 days, for a single cargo or an opportunistic position. Dedicated multi-year leasing gives you exclusive use of assigned tank capacity for the length of the contract — the structure most traders, refiners, and importers rely on when storage is a fixed part of their supply chain rather than a one-off requirement.
Every lease is negotiated individually. Volume, product, terminal, duration, and the ancillary services you need all feed into the commercial terms, and volume or term-based discounts apply the longer and larger the commitment. Our commercial team works through the detail with you before anything is signed, so the lease you end up with matches how you actually plan to use the capacity.
Lease Structures
Spot Leasing vs. Dedicated Leasing
Spot Leasing
Short-term tank capacity from 30-day agreements, ideal for a single cargo, an opportunistic trading position, or a temporary overflow requirement. Availability is confirmed against real-time tank schedules at the terminal you select.
Dedicated Multi-Year Leasing
Fixed-term dedicated tank leases running multiple years, giving you exclusive use of assigned tank capacity for the duration of the contract. Common for refiners, traders, and importers who need guaranteed capacity built into their supply chain planning.
